OneCity Health’s primary goal is to build a high-quality, financially sustainable integrated delivery system that significantly improves the health and well-being of New Yorkers. Our contracting strategy reflects that aim, ensuring that our partners are engaged in transformation efforts intended to comprehensively address the health and social needs of our shared patients, clients and consumers.
Contracting with OneCity Health in regards to implementing the DSRIP program begins with the execution of a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Subsequently, contracting revolves around the execution of a series of Comprehensive Schedules B. In order to contract with OneCity Health, partners must first complete several pre-requisite requirements, including Internal Revenue Service Form W-9, NYC Health + Hospitals DSRIP Compliance Attestation and several surveys.
To date, OneCity Health has facilitated three phases (cycles) of contracting. The Phase I contracting period of performance was July 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017. The Phase II contracting period of performance was April 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. The Phase III contracting period of performance began January 1, 2018 and will continue through the end of the DSRIP program in 2020.
