An integral part of our development of a strong, integrated delivery system is to ensure our network has an adequate scope of services and geographic reach. To that end, OneCity Health conducts ongoing financial assessments to identify partners that may be at financial risk or considered financially fragile, which could potentially jeopardize the ability of our Performing Provider System (PPS) to meet the needs of our patients.
Our partners may recall completing the OneCity Health Financial Health Assessment in February 2016. As part of their Phase II Comprehensive Schedules B, OneCity Health partners are required to provide updated information.
All OneCity Health partners are required to complete the 2017 Financial Assessment (PM014) Survey. It is now available to complete in the OneCity Health Partner Portal. The deadline is September 29.
For reference only, the 2017 survey is available to view here.
