Networking, Discussion on Facilitating Referrals, Lead to Lively PAC Meeting

Thank you to our partners who were able to attend last Wednesday’s Project Advisory Committee (PAC) meeting at the Brooklyn Public Library. We had a lively networking session and discussion, and appreciated the input on a range of topics. As one attendee noted to us afterwards, “you could feel the passion and [the] desire to care for and help those in delicate need.”

For our partners who were unable to attend the PAC meeting, click here to view the presentation from the meeting. We sought input on a wide range of topics, from the types of technical assistance and support services our partners require, to what questions we need to ask to effectively facilitate referrals across care and social service settings. Interested partners also volunteered to join a workgroup to improve our approach to performance monitoring. If our partners have additional input on the items we discussed on Wednesday, please feel free to submit it to our support desk by emailing or calling 646-694-7090 (Monday through Friday, 9-5 p.m. ET).

OneCity Health PAC meetings are important opportunities for partners to share their experiences with project implementation and provide input into our planning, design and evaluation activities

To ensure our next meeting is just as animated, and to inform our overall engagement efforts, we are asking our partners to take five minutes to provide their feedback by completing a survey here:

We look forward to seeing you at our next PAC meeting in June.
