“Getting Ready for Value-Based Payment: Strategy and Information Management”
We hosted this webinar in collaboration with the McSilver Institute.
Geared towards our clinical partners, in this training we focused on providing participants with the education and tools needed to effectively support internal and external operations in a VBP environment. Following an overview of the landscape of VBP and contracting models, including risk sharing and assignment, we discussed tools and methods to assess VBP readiness and inform planning strategies. In addition, we covered strategy and execution, including creating and managing effective work flows for deliverables and goals, and ended it with an introduction to data analytics.

“Technology Solutions & HIPAA Compliance: Getting your CBO ready for VBP”
We hosted this webinar in collaboration with our partner/vendor Community Service Society of New York (CSS), who is providing technical assistance to Community Based Organizations (CBOs) for value-based payment (VBP) capacity.
In the transition towards value based purchasing, technology plays an important role in facilitating solutions that help CBOs provide high-value, cost-effective services in a HIPAA compliant manner. In this training, we discussed how technology can help CBOs improve their program delivery, operations, and data management capacities. Partners also learned the basic requirements that their IT systems must meet in order to comply with the technical safeguards of HIPAA’s Security Rule.
